Drink Your Greens
I don't know why I hadn't jumped on the green juice train previously but in the last few weeks I've jumped on and been constantly craving it. The first green juice I tried was from RRAYYME, so goodddd so I think the credit goes to her for my new love! I decided to play around with some flavors, make my own green juice combo, and share it with you guys!
Grapefruit Basil Green Juice
- 6 slices Cucumber
- 1 large leaf (de-stemmed) Kale
- 1/2 peeled Grapefruit
- 1 handful Basil
- 12 oz Water
- Place all ingredients into a blender or magic bullet and blend for 1 minute or until you have a smooth juice and all ingredients are well combined. Enjoy!
The grapefruit and basil combination is so delicious, I think they go perfectly together. I love fresh flavors and thats what I love about green juice, it tastes so good and is full of so many yummy healthy ingredients. And it's an easier way to get fruits and veggies into your diet without much of a fuss. Try it out for yourself and see what you think!
